Many bag makers tend to stick to just commercial fabrics. Nothing wrong with that. After all the array of designs and colors is jaw dropping, but for the truly unique and the absolutely one of a kind piece though, you have to broaden your horizons.

Oh those are gorgeous! You are right, there are some lovely commercial prints out there but to have something made with these handmade/hand altered fabrics makes it even more unique.
Wow, what gorgeous fabrics! My mom is a textile artist as well and swears by the handmade or limited quantity fabrics - soooo much prettier :)
