I FIANLLY had some time to sew this weekend and finished this bag. My friend Gina did this series of "Alice in Wonderland" inspired art last year. I've been meaning to make a bag with it forever and here's what came out. It uses my flip and sew patchwork technique.

The flap of the bag is patch-worked around the painting in a log cabin fashion and heavily embellished with stitching, beads, trim, charms and ribbons.

Inside, the bag features both a regular pocket and a zipper pocket. Comfortable shoulder strap. Bag measures approximately 9" wide by 6.5" tall

The painting was scanned and printed onto color fast fabric.

The bag is washable, gently, by hand.

That is one good use of your talent and available resources. The color combination is perfect, the painting that was printed onto the fabric used made the bag artistic and cute. I also like the comfortable strap. I appreciate handmade bags and your creation caught my attention.
